My sim has purchased a restaurant which inconsistently results in the “error for game to load 123” code. I have tried removing my mods, bulldozing the lot and replacing it and the issue still persist...

Purchased a restaurant and when entered the loading screen to finalise the purchase an error code reading "The game failed to load. Error Code:
`123:20ece5dd:55c64b4b. It is recommended that you relaunch the game"
I have relaunched the game on several occasions, cleared the cache folders, removed all mods and still encountering the same problem.
