My sim has purchased a restaurant which inconsistently results in the “error for game to load 123” code. I have tried removing my mods, bulldozing the lot and replacing it and the issue still persist...

I am having the same error code and I get this comment "The game failed to load. Error Code:
`123:20ece5dd:55c64b4b. It is recommended that you relaunch the game"
My sim purchased a restaurant. When loading in to the restaurant lot, it crashed and gave the above error code and message. Cannot access the lot through live mode but can enter it through build mode on world maps.
I've deleted cache files, last exception files, all mods etc and still it will not work. Was this issue addressed in the recent bug fixes or is it on a list for future update/bug fixes?
