[DO] Restaurant: 123:20ece5dd

I built a restaurant in a new save and when I wanted my sims to visit, I got the 123error code telling me to relaunch the game. So I tried that still an error code. I repaired the game without mods and cc and visited the lot without mods and cc and I'm still getting this error. I've updated all mods and such but I'm at a loss to what could be going on. All other restaurants work in my game except the one I built.  There's no mods used on the lot, only debug items and pack items. I can't get it to work in any save and I am at a loss 🙃.

Another mention -

I also tried having my sims visit an empty lot and just place it from the gallery and all the hosts, waiters, and chefs show up, but you cannot request a table and anytime they get close it resets and they do their little T pose thing. I got them to sit once during this try but if I try to visit again, or leave the game and try to resume, I get the error.  After I get the error the building shows up as incomplete. I looked into the last exception my game registered from the first time and it makes sense but I have no clue how to go about fixing it. I believe maybe it didn't save right but I am unsure.
