From your pictures I can tell you have walls cut out view (or whatever it's called). Can you check if it works when they are up ?
There's was an old bug report at AHQ for this happening when walls aren't up that also affects r-rentals.
Also do you own the Paranormal Stuff pack and ever visited those lots on a gig ?
