The lights/glow on the event reward mailbox do not function when placed on a lot in the Yukimatsu neighborhood of Mt. Komorebi.
This affects both color swatches:
The icicle variant (icicles do not glow)
The string lights variant (bulbs do not light up)
When the same mailbox is placed in other worlds without snow, the glowing effect works as intended.

Thanks for checking! I’ve updated the tags (PC / removed). I created a fresh, mod-free Sims 4 folder specifically to test this issue.
Also, I did some extra testing in Willow Creek:
Summer: The mailbox lights up normally.
Winter (Snowy day): The lights/glow turn OFF, just like in Yukimatsu!
So it seems this bug isn't unique to Mt. Komorebi—it's caused by the snow coverage/weather system itself affecting the mailbox.
