See title. My Servo recently acquired the "Skillful Sleep" skill mastery perk. When he performs the interaction on a bed, it does create skillful sleep projection and sets his emotion to 'Recharge,' however he does not regain any of his Charge need — in fact, it continues to drain as if he were awake.

hi, i have this bug too. no mods. no cc. my poor servo can't skill sleep and recharge at the same time. this is very easy to reproduce, get a servo, get skillful sleep mastery, use skillful sleep and watch the charge actively drop (and skill gains seem a little broken too)
