My SIM cannot enroll in University. She has the acceptance letter and she still cannot enroll. She also cannot read the letter, she can only place it in the world. Enroll in university is missing from the mailbox and the computer. I play on ps5, no mods.

Correct. I have only one young adult in my household, no other sims. I can only do scholarships from the mailbox and research universities from the computer. And at one point I actually had a acceptance letter but there isn't a "read" option, only "place in world".
What skills does your Sim have ? Maybe they didn't get accepted.
Can you re-apply ?
She's a super sim, all skills are maxed. There is no way to enroll, re-enroll or re-apply. ☹️
There's this old thread that's similar: [DU] Adult cant enroll after acceptance | EA Forums - 11511509 but that was when you didn't enroll right after getting the letter.
