Confusingly, there are two base game wall patterns with the same name: Grand Damask Paper. While they are both using the similar wallpaper pattern, one has paneling. To avoid confusion, the one with paneling could be renamed Grand Damask Paper with Paneling. Screenshots of both below to illustrate issue.
