My sim catches fire almost everytime she cooks! She has skill and a great stove! Hard to play with SOOOOOOOOOO many problems in game these days!!!

My sims are catching fire every time they go to cook and their cooking skill was at level 10. because they kept catching fire they would get a fear of fire. I would cheat it away and they would go to cook again and the cycle would start over.
