[EBN] Fairy wings randomly disappear in Live Mode

Same here,No wings, PC latest patch, throws a LE every time a fairy loads in.

"Exception when applying action <SetFairyWingsOnSim ParticipantType.Actor> for loot loot_FairyJourney_Wings_FantasySinister(loot_actions=(<SetFairyWingsOnSim ParticipantType.Actor>,), run_test_first=False, tests=CompoundTestList([])) (KeyError: <OccultType.FAIRY = 64>) " and its not referencing a mod.
