Did you have the loading issues only when she had the wings ? I still can't duplicate
I should have paid more attention to confirm, but I'm pretty sure it WAS when she had the "invisible wings". I'll test a new vanilla save with her in a sec, but honestly if it comes DOWN to it, it isn't literally game-breaking since I don't usually play her Household, but I figure I'm not the only one having this issue. She's part of a 17-Generation Legacy so restarting or deleting her are off the table lol
It works all totally fine for me though so she can't be that broken.

Did you try renaming your user folder and just copying over your save ?
Let me try that. But after a Repair/Cache-Reset while she wasn't a Fairy, it LOOKED like I had it fixed, then as soon as her partner Libbie turned her back into a Fairy, the bug came back up. If you have the time to, you might be able to trigger it by doing that. Libbie has the Power to turn other Sims, I had them do that, had Dakota conceal her Fairy Form, then switch outfits, and the wings were back when I went to have her switch outfits again. If that doesn't recreate it on your end then yeah it's definitely a Save-File issue.

The only issue I can duplicate is the outfits showing wings
The main gui is fine. I could also ask mother nature to turn me back. After that the outfit issue was gone and she doesnt' seem to have anything left
