I am unable to find Spruce Almighty in my game. I have summoned him once and now he has disappeared. When I try to summon him at the tree it doesn't let me because it says he is already summoned. ...

At first the tree would work as expected and I could summon Spruce Almighty and interact with him. I had my sim start a romantic relationship with him to see what would happen and after my Sim WooHoo'd with him for the first time, his tree doesn't let me "Summon" him anymore. The option to Summon him is greyed out and it says "Spruce Almighty is already summoned!"
I spent minutes looking all around the neighborhood and I couldn't find him anywhere and when I opened the relationship tab his portrait didn't give me any options related to him being on the same lot or even in the neighborhood, such as "Focus Camera".
I got the summoning tree reward from the fable and previous to this bug I summoned him on my home lot, but it was a different Spruce from the one in Innisgreen, so I haven't even bothered with that Spruce again.
Is anyone else having this bug? I even tried debugging/resetting the tree in game by turning on testingcheats and have taken in and out Mods/CC, but nothing seems to be working.
Yes! I too woohoo’d with him and currently pregnant with his baby and can’t summon him either. Maybe it’s because I added him to my family to “try for baby” then released him back to not currently in world. I might have messed him up. I sure hope not. I was sure hoping my sims sexy baby Daddy would be around for his kiddo.
I am also having this issue and I have only had a small amount of romantic interactions. I haven't gotten to do the spruce almighty fables yet and it is very annoying. I tried repairing the game and debugging the stump but nothing has worked...
I have the same issue, but no romantic interactions. I summoned him and he disappeared before I could ask for the fable and he hasn't been back. 🙃
Yes can’t find him anymore and can’t summon him again, trying keep our relation going through texts but it’s slow and hard lol
I found a work around, if you shift select and set as head near the original tree and then press reset debug on it, you should be able to summon him on the "new", smaller tree, then reset your sim and the extra tree will disappear living Bruce Almighty to go back to the original tree :)
I tried this but the small extra tree stayed there. I don't know how to get rid of that one. It did make me able to summon Spruce from the big tree, though.
Did you press reset debug on the sim or on the tree? Reset/debug on the sim deletes the tree on the head, reset on the tree puts it on the ground. You can only delete it with mods (eg. Bienchen's destroyobjects mod)
I'm still having that same issue. I haven't started the fables quest yet and it still says he's already been summoned. I have no idea what to do about it.
