[EBN] Spruce Almighty shows as already summend when not around

Update: I finished the mushroom fable and received the tree reward before he disappeared. I didn't think about placing it until now... placed it on my lot and was able to summon him. He went back to the tree after a while and I was able to summon him from the tree in the world. Maybe this was a bug from having the tree in my sims family inventory?

2nd Update: He is missing again and I am unable to summon him. This time I went to a different lot while he was still summoned. When I returned to Sprucederry Grove he had disappeared and the option to summon was greyed out saying he was summoned already. Maybe he needs to return to the tree before leaving the lot to avoid issue? 

Yes!  I too woohoo’d with him and currently pregnant with his baby and can’t summon him either.  Maybe it’s because I added him to my family to “try for baby” then released him back to not currently in world.  I might have messed him up.  I sure hope not. I was sure hoping my sims sexy baby Daddy would be around for his kiddo.  

At first the tree would work as expected and I could summon Spruce Almighty and interact with him. I had my sim start a romantic relationship with him to see what would happen and after my Sim WooHoo'd with him for the first time, his tree doesn't let me "Summon" him anymore. The option to Summon him is greyed out and it says "Spruce Almighty is already summoned!" 

I spent minutes looking all around the neighborhood and I couldn't find him anywhere and when I opened the relationship tab his portrait didn't give me any options related to him being on the same lot or even in the neighborhood, such as "Focus Camera". 

I got the summoning tree reward from the fable and previous to this bug I summoned him on my home lot, but it was a different Spruce from the one in Innisgreen, so I haven't even bothered with that Spruce again. 

Is anyone else having this bug? I even tried debugging/resetting the tree in game by turning on testingcheats and have taken in and out Mods/CC, but nothing seems to be working. 

Playing on console, no mods, same issue. I also have a relationship with Spruce and can't invite him to current lot or summon him any longer. He has also seemingly disappeared and is nowhere to be found now. 

I seem to be experiencing the same problem... my sim has a relationship with him but I can't find him anywhere.

No mods.. this is the tree in the world. He does show up in my relationship panel but i am not able to focus on him. It shows Open Profile, Relationship, Hide Relationship and Social.  If I go to "invite to lot" or similar he does not show up in the panel. 

I am having this exact same issue. Im playing vanilla, no way to focus on him, cannot summon him at the tree in the world. 

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• Is this the tree in the world or did you place one on your lot ?
• Do you have him in your rel panel ? If so, do you have the option to focus on him ?
