I've been playing with the insect farm the past couple days and every time my sim goes to 'compost in insect farm' they can't complete the action. They'll rummage through the trash bin, then drop the compost on the ground instead of taking it to the insect farm. Once the compost is dropped, this cancels the action and the insect farm does not receive the compost.
No mods/cc. Play on PC through the EA App.
