Issue Description:
The N.A.P. (Neighborhood Action Plan) inspector from the Eco Lifestyle expansion pack shows up at university student housing (dormitories) to inspect for N.A.P. compliance. Student housing is not a standard residential lot where N.A.P. enforcement should apply, and the inspector's presence is both illogical and disruptive to university gameplay.
Expected Behavior:
The N.A.P. inspector should only appear on standard residential lots that are subject to Neighborhood Action Plans. University student housing (dorms) should be exempt from N.A.P. inspections, as these lots function differently than regular homes.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Enroll a Sim at either University of Britechester or Foxbury Institute.
- Move the Sim into a university dormitory lot.
- Ensure a Neighborhood Action Plan is active in the university's neighborhood such as Green Gardening.
- Play for several in-game days.
- Observe visitors to the dormitory lot.
Actual Result:
The N.A.P. inspector arrives at the dormitory lot and behaves as if inspecting a standard residential lot. This may include:
- Walking through the dormitory inspecting appliances and furniture
- Generating reports or notifications about N.A.P. compliance
- Potentially issuing fines for non-compliance
Additional Notes:
- University housing is a unique lot type that should be excluded from N.A.P. enforcement.
- The inspection system was designed for residential lots.
- This is a cross-pack compatibility issue — the Eco Lifestyle inspector system was not properly coded to recognize and ignore Discover University dormitory lots.
Impact:
Disrupts university gameplay with an irrelevant NPC. The inspector's presence breaks immersion (a university wouldn't allow random inspectors to roam dorms) and may distract from studying, organization events, and other student activities. Potential fines add financial pressure to Sims who are already paying tuition and housing costs.
