[ECO] Modern Development not changing Evergreen Harbor

The eco-lifestyle world seems glitched when it comes to enacting NAPS via the voting system. Neighborhoods are not fully changing with the green initiative and modern development. For example, the world map for Evergreen Harbor will show the changes, but when entering specific neighborhoods, not all homes reflect NAP changes. Some areas are glitched out completely. Please see the reference photos!

*no mods, no cc, all DLC, tried repairing the game and ended up doing a complete re-install...still happening via PC.

Is that all in Conifer St or do you have issues in other hoods too ?

Similar thing happening with my playthrough in Conifer Station. All of my Green Initiatives and Modern Developments have been completed and are shown in world, but everything is having those visual glitches as shown in the photos you shared. I even tried to repeal the initiatives and reinstate them and the visual glitches still didn't change.

  • Parts of the world are glitching in the ecolifestyle world after renovating the conifer stations area to be more green. Any time you move the camera it switches back and forth to how it used to look originally and the more eco friendly version.

  • The Seasonal Food Stall in Conifer Station has disappeared. There was a stall, but now it's gone. The Vendors still show up and act as if they are manning a stall. NPC customers approach as if there were a stall. But, there's no stall. Season has not changed.

This is a copy my regular game. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the EL pack to get rid of stuck objects. Mods removed.

The Green Initiatives NAP has been activated - through gameplay - for a while. Just voted on the Modern Development NAP, but voting is not over.

    Reset and repaired.

If there is a thread about ECO living not completing changes in Conifer Station, this belongs there.

The food stall returned when the train station changed, but despite announcing that development was complete, the Apt buildings - decorative and live lots -  and the decorative houses were left incomplete.  Terrain was not completely changed and was left with flashing areas.

I've now uninstalled/reinstalled ECO 3 times. Playing with it uninstalled before each reinstall.

Have decided that Evergreen Harbor is unplayable except "as is" when installed.

Adding in builds from my previous save seems to trigger NAPs that have not yet been voted on and should not be active.

Adding household that lived in EG from my previous save also triggers NAP's without voting.

  • The bottom line is you cannot repeal Green Initiatives or Modern Development NAP's without related objects, terrain and decor getting stuck. Uninstalling/reinstalling doesn't fix this.

And: The community spaces no longer generate the expected activities - no vendors using the Market Place, no Sims using the Maker Space and only lovestruck couples at the Community Garden. [ECO] Hardly any Sims visiting Community Space/No vendors | EA Forums - 4996657

So, Eco Living is useful as a collection of BB objects plus 2 careers.  It's gone from an EP to a Game Pack.
