[ECO] [PC/MAC] Flickering Textures in Evergreen Harbour

Still seeing flickering and overlapping and incomplete changes in EH.

Wondering if it's more appropriate in this thread. Although I think these are variations on the same issue.

About time this glitch was fixed dlc cost a lot of money and is not fit for purchase

Still waiting for glitch to be fixed , any chance of speeding up your investigation, paid a lot of money for dlc and so far it is not fit for purpose.

I'm also having this issue wherein the buildings around conifer station are flickering between old textures and new after the modern development project NAP. I'm using the Windows version of TS4 on EA App. 

It might help for testing purposes that I instantly enacted the development using the shift-cheat-menu on the community board.
