[ECO] Recycler Upgrades Tooltip Explanation Missing

The Guntdach Home Recycler upgrades are missing the description on what they do. The upgrades only show the parts needed.

The affected upgrades are:

• Add Hydrophobic Coating
• Install Hardened Grinder Gears
• Install Mush Filter
• Add Hydrophobic Coating With Eco Parts
• Install Hardened Grinder Gears With Eco Parts
• Install Mush Filter With Eco Parts

When you hoover over the eco-upgrade options, it doesn't list how many eco parts are needed. It only tells the player that the player doesn't have enough parts. It should show 5 eco-upgrade parts are required like the other objects.
