[ECO] Some appliance upgrades don't count toward civil designer task
My sim who is a civil designer has the work from home task "Perform a Handiness or an Eco Parts Upgrade on an appliance" and just did the Reinforced Door upgrade on a refrigerator (which can only be done with handiness), but did not get task credit for doing so. On a previous day she had the same task and did the Energy Efficient Device upgrade using handiness and did get credit.
I have not tested all appliance upgrades, but it seems to me that handiness upgrades only count when there is also an eco parts version of the same upgrade, but there is nothing in the task description saying that. The tool tip on the task says "Perform an Eco Upgrade on an appliance. Eco Upgrade Parts can be made using a Fabricator." If this is the intended focus of the task, the description could be clearer, i.e., "Perform an Eco Upgrade on an appliance using Handiness or Eco Parts." This would more clearly indicate that e.g., Reinforced Door, Fresh Maker and Fridge of Steel don't satisfy the task. The Self Charging Power Cell upgrade on vacuums does not have an option to upgrade with Eco Upgrade Parts, but should probably count as an Eco Upgrade since it reduces power usage (or should, if it actually worked.)
