[ECO] Switching community space subtype in build leads to unending load screen

when building community lots the game has been endlessly loading since the last update. you have to force quit and restart. no mods. no cc. windows pc.  Edit By Crinrict: Adjusted Title

I thought I used tags, I see them on my end? no mods no cc pc windows. Yes it's happening on all save, yes I meant community space lots, yes when you are in build mode and switching between lot types it hangs up if you switch more than once. No last exceptions.

I've added that from your other reports. Was more: Please make sure to always add it.

I can't duplicate this in my save. Working fine when trying to switch (also multiple times).

Is this for the default one as well for you ?
