[ECO] When the Power is Off Sims Can Still Access Some Options on Computer

The Power Conservation N.A.P. is active in the neighborhood my Sim lives in. There was a Power Conservation Day where the power was shut off for 12 hours. During this time, the Sim could still access several options under the Order section on the computer. These options include:

• Browse Plopsy
• Purchase Adventure Gear
• Purchase a Caterpillar Incubator
