Since recent update of July 1st, all 3 of my sims in different professions cannot advance in their careers. The performance bar keeps resetting to average. No mods. Worked great before update. They are all at level 7 of their respective careers.

I am having this exact problem! It is really frustrating, as soon as i pick a career path, every day after getting the performance bar to Good or Excellent, it resets to average. i spent about 2 hours trying to get it higher before i realised it was resetting.
I haven't played for months, and now trying to get back into it, getting this issue is really frustrating because i cant progress in any career at all. i tried switching careers, and same problem. I complete the tasks, i get raises regularly, never get promotedSame for me, changing careers hasn't helped at all :(

I am also having the same problem, I am just in the manual labour career, I get a raise all the time but no promotion, the bar gets to excellent the resets to everage everytime
Helloo! I have a problem with being promoted at the careers, I can't go up from level 7.
First of all, I bought the Entrepreneurial potion and everything was going well at the beginning, but when I reached level 7 it didn't let me ascend any further... The problem is when I do the daily tasks, you have to complete them if you want to have an ascension, the real problem is: when I raise the performance rank, the progress is reset from the beginning!
With my other sims (who don't have the entrepreneurial potion) I have no problem getting promoted, It only happens to me with that Sim who has that trait active.
Can you fix it? Pleeeaase, i want so bad my trophy of Captain of Industry 😭😭 (by the way, i play on PS4)
Has there been any progress on this? Started happening to me at level 9 astronaut, changed job, got to level 6 gardening and started happening again. No mods installed and only Seasons downloaded but had the issue before downloading seasons.

Hi, are you still looking for info on this topic? I just experienced the same issue in the bodybuilder career. I've been given a raise so many times my Sim makes $1365/hour and the base pay for this position is $85/hour. Granted, i believe i went into it with a couple raises, but still. It has been a long time with many days of growth on the performance bar, but it just resets to average every day.
