Sadly, I am unable to play one of my Sims characters on Chestnut Ridge or go onto there lot to finish decorating it. It has been like this for a few days, and I have no clue what to do. I’ve relaunched the game a few times and tried uninstalling the game to see if that works.

Having said that, this error sounds like it might be specific to your save, so I've moved your post to the Gameplay forum. Please let me know whether you can load the house in build mode, and separately, whether you can evict your sims, place them on a different lot, and play them there. You don't need to save your progress; this is just for testing.
do you have any ladders on your lot ?
No, I hardly decorated it, and it still won’t let me on the lot. Sadly, I’ve got two floors but no stairs or ladders yet and I am unable to access any floor or decorate it. Now, the Sim that owns it apparently has no rental options and is unable to travel there.
Sadly, that one lot I can’t load anything, and I can’t travel there either and the person who own the lot apparently doesn’t own it anymore so I can’t get rental options up even though it says she still owns it. It doesn't give me an option to go into build mode anymore, which is gutting, as I didn’t finish making it. I can’t evict the Sim that lives there or play as them when they are living there, but I managed to get them to move out of the lot by going on the main map and clicking mange household. My Sims are working fine in a different lot. Thank God I can still build, create, and rent over lots.
when you say you can't go into build, can you also not go into build mode from the map ? Still getting an error on that particular lot ? Unfortunately console errors are harder to troubleshoot.
Know causes for 132 are usually either pools or ladders but I also dont' see any pools on your lot. There are ways to troubleshoot but not if you can't get into build mode at all.
Sadly for that lot, it doesn’t give me the option to go into build mode when I’m on the map, and it won’t let me click on any of the houses as it kicks me off every time I try.
Really wish we could bulldoze from the map.
Unfortunately I'm out of ideas but I'm moving this to EA to look at.
