As of yesterday, I have been having trouble when loading into one household specifically on my Sims 4 save file. Nothing major has changed on the lot; I put some postcards on the wall and added a streaming table and a music production table which work fine.
I can access the lot in build mode via manage worlds, but I cannot travel to the lot with the sim who is stuck at the lot next door (as close as I could get them).
I am on Xbox S Series and everything is updated (the console and the version of Sims). This has only happened since the latest update and to be exact, since 5:42pm UK yesterday evening.
I have rebooted my console, restarted the game, changed the UHD settings to be turned off, power cycled my console and I have even deleted all local save and rebooted the game also.
The last pack I bought was the Cats & Dogs expansion which came with the My First Pet pack included, but this didn't introduce any bugs as this was a few weeks ago and bar Bulbalus, I have no pets added to the household in question.
I can access all other households fine; but when I go to load into this lot in Del Sol Valley, I get a message which says;
"Error code: 109:d7e16575:3d0675d4. Failed to load. Please restart the game".
I cannot find anything online to help in relation to this so I thought I would create a post myself. I have attached an image of the message also

Console error codes are usually a bit different so I wonder if that's your issue. Thats currently the only 109 I'm aware of and troubleshooting on XBox is difficult for error codes.Hey crinrict ,

Both my Sims in said household have skillful sleep and I didn't even think or consider this being related to such a thing. I was worried the whole save had corrupted but as it only seemed to be when trying to travel to the one lot, or load into it; I felt it couldn't be a full corruption.
Do you think it's worth removing this mastery perk for now on any sims / only play with those without?
