Hi, thanks for following up!
I have uploaded TWO separate save files (.save) to help you analyze the progression of this corruption. Both are new vanilla test saves (No Mods/CC).

Here is the breakdown of the two files:
1. The Active Glitch (Slot_0009999d.save)
State: The "Ghost Ladder" is currently active on the lot.
Error Code: Build Mode works, but entering Live Mode on this lot triggers Error Code: 132:cf5a3894:414d5db1.
CRITICAL OBSERVATION (See attached screenshot): I discovered that in this save, I can now move the ladder and overlap it with a bed WITHOUT using bb.moveobjects. When I touch it, the refund (+§96) triggers immediately (implying a sale), but the ladder visually stays and loses all collision detection. This confirms the game logic thinks the item is gone, while the visual client disagrees.
2. The Corrupted Remnant (Slot_0009999e.save)
State: In this save, I placed the lot from my Library. I had already removed the glitched ladder BEFORE saving the lot to the Library.
Error Code: The lot can be placed in Build Mode, but attempting to enter Live Mode triggers Error Code: 132:2fff4d2:8f8575ff.
Result: Even though I placed a version of the house where the ladder was already removed, the Lot Data remains permanently corrupted. The game triggers the error immediately upon trying to play, proving that the corruption is embedded in the lot data itself and persists even after the object is deleted.
These files and the screenshot demonstrate a complete desynchronization between the game's logic layer and visual layer.
