error when loading into sims4

my game says error every time I try to load into my new save file household when I exit and relaunch like instructions say my sims are deleted and so is my edits for the house I have to recreate a new folder and it does the same thing over and over

Could you please provide the following information

Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.

What's the error you're getting ? Please either post the exact wording or a screenshot.

Any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.
