This has been going on for quite a while, since last year at least, in every save I've had trash plants. I grow trash plants for the nectar making aspiration. I play on a Windows 11 laptop with no CC or mods. In previous saves, before July 2025 I would say, I would evolve the trash plant and receive a harvestable of appropriate quality: a perfect trash plant yields a 1 perfect trash plant fruit per day, for instance.
I started a new save this past Wednesday March 25 and started growing two trash plants. I fertilized all my plants with quill fruit every 3 days. They just achieved perfect quality today. When I harvested them, the trash fruit quality was normal. The next sim day, the trash fruit was also normal. It should be perfect quality. I haven't noticed this bug with any other harvestable, and I garden in every save. I have 28 different plants and two fruit trees growing right now, all perfect quality, and all the rest of my harvestables are perfect quality. I didn't get any of these plants from the gallery. My sim grew them from seeds she foraged for herself.
