I press fast forward button, time is frozen after the game start around 10 secs and everything I can't click in. This satuation doesn't appear before the update.I try to reset the sim but it is not working.Anyone can teach me how to solve this problem?

It happens remove all mods
Does it not happen if you remove all your mods ?
Apologies for the delay in reply. I will have to check with a saved household when i get home as I'm at work currently but i will update you on it this evening.

Yes but it happens often and will only happen when fast forwarding occurs in the game. So regardless if i manually fast forward or auto fast forward when sims go to work.
If you use another household or another save, do you have the same issue ?

MkGamerGirl2001 On any household in your save ? Did you test a new save to to see if it happens there ?
There's this issue: Time/Sim freezes while environment still moves | EA Forums - 11885395 but that's usually a specific save most often even a specific household
