Sorry if it's confusing due to localization issues. The grudge I'm referring to is the one in the attached image.I tried to find similar cases.

They are all either unresolved or have been fixed by mods, which means that this bug has been there for a long time and has not been fixed, and there is nothing the console version can do about it.
You said for you it never goes away.
- The toddler one is something that got fixed in a patch and there were still reports. To my knowledge this was for the sentiment happening with no reason (the notes for the fix was: Toddlers will no longer gain negative Sentiments against their parents randomly, especially the Festering Grudge Sentiment. I should not be laughing at this issue as I type it, I should not…<giggles>).
- Festering Grudge for any minus friendship: Was about you will get the grudge for just about anything (so a bit excessive)
- Could be what you are reporting. This was in reported in General discussion though and was never reported in the bug forum to my knowledge. It's also unclear to me if it's just too long/frequent for the OP or never got away.

So from what you reported. 2 or 3 is probably closest. You say it's permanent for you. Does it never go down or just happen easily again that it sounds permanent ?
The toddlers don't have an active bug currently so if you see it for toddlers with no apparent reason, create a separate thread for that.
