[FFQE] Done all tasks, didn't get pajamas

I just completed the Forever Friends event but I'm unable to claim the last reward, the pajamas. It says I'm still 10 points short. I didn't do any of the extra optional tasks, but normally you just ...

Went on to do week 2, and completed some of the tasks, now I have the task to Buy a Modern Photo Frame, but it's not available in the buy mode, and I cannot collect it from the event UI as I dont have enough points for it. I've added screenshot of the tasks I have left and the event UI.

    No idea, I know I did them all and now only have that one task left but short 10 points or something to get the Modern Photo Frame
