[FFQE] Done all tasks, didn't get pajamas

I have the same/ similar issue as others in the thread with this event. I can't claim the last item. I don't really care about the potion itself, but it is annoying how to says the event is complete but then that step is not. 

I did not do the last optional step with the treehouse that came with GrT, because I could not be bothered to build one just for this, AND the lot I was on is so small I would have to delete part of the house to even place the tree. So I did not.
So because I did not do this "optional" step, I cannot really complete the event? Makes no sense, why punish players that have more packs with more required steps to unlock everything, and then mislabel it as "optional"?

I'm glad I at least did all optional ones except one, otherwise I would have missed more items as other seem to have. 

My game crashed several times during me playing the event (different saves/ households), especially during this last week, so I were assuming that was the issue behind the event not really completing. I now wish that was the actual reason. Finding out what the issue really when coming to the forum is is just even more disappointing. 

I play on pc, no mods or cc
