[FFQE] Week 2: Issues with Tasks

Did you try another household/save ? Did you remove all mods/cc ?

There's always been all kinds of reports about adopting pets so this might not be directly related to the event.

As the title says, my sim seems to be unable to adopt a cat. I go through all the usual popups for the adoption but the cat disappears when the time runs out. No adoption has taken place. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Either I am not doing something right or there's an issue with the optional task which has not been marked off. 😒

I have tried adopting via both phone and computer, hasn't bad a difference. 🙆🏻‍♀️😭

Edit: to clarify this is tied to the Event.

The game keeps freezing/crashing when I try to take a photo for the quests

you need to put it in your inventory. where I have a problem is after doing everything you are to put it in your inventory and go to the park. Mine doesn't register going to the park as completed

The stuffed animal ? Did you put it in your inventory ? The task is a bit badly worded.

I've picked up the toy maybe 20 times and it won't mark it off as completed.

sims 4 lens of imagination, I'm not getting any credit for visiting the park. been to 3 parks, exited game and started it again, the whole event starts over and I still do not get credit for visiting park. I have to mods at all. I've tried to repair game
