no matter where i go to access the gallery, whether it is from in-game or from the home screen, the gallery takes way longer to load than normal. when it finally loads a screen instead of seeing new creations like usual, i am met with the "no results found." on my screen. i have tried toggling to other places like most popular, or following and still nothing shows up. and each time i toggle a different location it is continuing to take a long time to load.

I too am having the issue. Occasionally, there will be things that appear in the gallery, but searching for something breaks it. It's really annoying, as I've never had this issue before after a new pack or patch update. First time ever.
Same here for console.
I am also having issues with the gallery. I'll have all wifi bars but it just keeps loading. I can hardly search for anything before it loads for at least 15 seconds just to tell me "No results found".
Even if I load it myself or the creator, it says no results are displayed.
It just really annoys me because I love using the gallery because I can't build to save my life. Gallery, PLEASE let me in!!
Super long loading time after searching for something just to be hit with the "No results shown".
Same here, I’m trying to go through my gallery to update builds and reupload them. Was working for a while yesterday then yesterday evening UK time about 7pm it started not showing results. Even on my own gallery page. I thought it was an issue since I have so many builds but when I went onto the normal gallery search it wouldn’t give results there either. It’s still doing the same today as of 10am Uk time. Just to clarify I’m on Xbox but if it’s a gallery issue then I guess it’s across all platforms.

Problem frequency: 50% of the time
Problem description:
Sometimes the gallery loads for ages and says "No results found" when I searched the same thing a few minutes ago and there was results. Other times it works just fine and loads within a few seconds.
Yes I have mods but this problem started before. No my wifi is not timing out, it's been on the whole time and every other app is functioning fine.
I have tried the following:
Verified game files through steam
removed mods
restarted the game several times
deleted my whole sims 4 folder so a new one would generate
restarting my computer
it's allowed thro the firewall
run sims 4 as admin
Refresh my DNS
I am aware there may be a solution in Gallery showing no results | EA Forums - 12528293 , but the amount of people in the comments saying they have the same problem are too many for me to keep scrolling to find the solution and the orginial reporter didn't edit the solution in.
