Is anyone else having this issue?
I’m playing on Xbox, I have almost all DLC except for a couple stuff packs and kits.
it doesn’t happen every time I play but every couple days to a week this occurs and sometimes they don’t go away after restarting the game, and then they randomly disappear again after a while.

Really don't know what it could be.
It doesn’t matter what world I am in it’s happened in multiple places, I’ve seen it in Willow Creek, San Myshuno, Ravenwood, and Nordhaven so far. It’s also happened in older and newer saves as well… originally I thought it was just an old save file issue, but after starting a fresh save it still occurred. It doesn’t always happen though it seems to happen when there is a lot of foot traffic on the lot, like when my sim’s business is open, or if they have a party, in San Myshuno is was happening in an apartment lot where paparazzi kept spawning to try and spy on my celebrity sims… and in Willow Creek my sims family had a zillion friends who would show up to hang out as well as paparazzi and weirdo fans stalking them, so there was always a heavy traffic on the lot.
These flashing Electric blue Plumb bots show up in front of my house can’t click on it what is it

Are you still having issues with this ? Could you add a picture ?
When putting the walls up all the way, there is a spot outside the house on the lot that looks like it is cement and flashes and glitches
