I believe this issue concerns several unique vendor objects, such as market stalls, from various packs.
The following objects are no longer functional/interactable and don't spawn a vendor: Sulani - BBQ shack, Mt. Komorebi - mouthfuls festival stall, Tomarang Mali's moonlight market craft stall,
These stalls are functioning normally: Sulani - poke bowl stall, Brindleton Bay stalls, Henford stalls, Copperdale ice cream stand, Tomarang - veggie vittles, rice to meet you, late night dessert stall;

I just started having this issue but it’s only in Henford on Bagley. The grocery and Crumplebottom’s stalls are always closed. I get a last exception whenever I load into the pub lot so I can go to the stalls.

I would like to make a correction. The Sulani and Mt. Komorebi stalls function properly. I believe the sims visited outside of operating hours. I checked with another household at 1pm and the vendor spawned. The Tomarang stall was visited at 8pm on Sunday. The stall didn't have a vendor, but it was interactable. It said hours of operation were 6pm - 2am. However, not sure if the vendor doesn't spawn on Sundays. Will check on a different weekday.
