After about 5-6 hours of Sims time in live mode, I visited the aforementioned lots with the footprints via Mange Worlds, Build Mode.
Of course, the footprints were visible again. These don‘t show any pattern, as the footprints appear differently on and off the lots.

Since you can also see these footprints in live mode, that is, when I travel there with a Sim, it looks very unsightly and unrealitic, especially when the footprints go directly through the house.
I hope that EA and Maxis will look into and fix this Bug, as I consider it a game-breaking Bug.
