For Rent - Rent Calculation/Lease Issue

Platform - Playstation

Any Mods or CC - Never

Game Version: 2.10

Note: I know people who have this issue on PC as well

Issue Description: There are two different scenarios that are being observed while playing as a Landlord.

Scenario 1 - Where Lease Day is 7 Days. The remaining days on the lease resets to 7 days every time I close and start the game and possibly the reason the grace period never sets in and ultimately the rent is never paid.

Scenario 2 - I downgraded the Lease period to 1 day. The grace period sets in and rent is received at the end of the week from the day when tenant has been moved in. However, the rent which is received is only for 1 day and this has been play tested for two weeks

    I've been having this issue as well. I'm on PC and I do have MCCC but the Mod is up to date and seems to be functioning correctly. When lease term is set to 7 days, I receive no rental income from the properties I own (I own 3 rental properties, with a total of 4 units) and have not gotten said rent in about 4 weeks Sim time in game. I recently swapped to a 5 day lease and will update with whether or not that seems to work.

    As this report contains multiple bugs and we may already have active dedicated bug report threads opened for them here "Compiled list of reported issues" this thread has been closed.

    If there isn't an active thread dedicated to each of the bugs you're experiencing in the link above, please go ahead and create a new bug report, one per each individual bug after testing if the issues persist after removing any mods/cc. That way, we can track things easier and provide relevant information regarding the specific bug.
