I wish they would finally fix this issue with the pressure cooker and the kettle. I'm getting fed up with not being able to use the For Rent pack correctly. I can't throw a neighborhood potluck without having to throw out the whole pressure cooker. I love making the Rice recipes but I can't do it because they won't fix the coding for the pressure cooker and kettle. I mean how hard is it to fix the coding behind these two items that were supposed to be fixed over a year ago.

This issue still persistent. https://forums.ea.com/discussions/the-sims-4-bug-reports-archive-en/openfr-pressure-cooker-has-green-smokecauses-sims-to-act-like-has-bad-smell/11676373

Pretty straightforward issue really. It has green stink around it but is empty and doesn't need cleaning. The green stink goes away when I'm using it to cook but comes back the moment it's emptied

It shows as something is spoiled even though its empty. Its been this way since the pack was released and it STILL hasn't been fixed!

This is still happening in my game! Brand new save, no mods, brand new household. Never used the pressure cooker, just placed it on the counter and straight out of BB it was emitting the green “stink” fumes and bumming out all my sims. :(

Not only experiencing this but I'm also experiencing a bug that when its in storage, after a while it shows up as rotten food as if its coded to have decay in it.

Multiple small appliances doing this. Causes sims to get uncomfortable moodlets because they are living in filth but there is nothing to be cleaned.

I've seen this bug forever.
On a save without mods or CC, my Sims cooked twice, and since then, the pressure cooker has green smoke.Maybe the object doesn't "know" that it's a cleanable object?

This bug is 2 years old!, I just started playing with the cooker and experienced the bug, but seeing that this has been going on for 2 years (since the release of For Rent?) my hopes on EA/Maxis on doing something are null. This will never get sufficient votes (not everyone has this pack/item), what a bad approach for bug fixes. This management is deeply flawed.
