Same! My events always fail unless I hire a contractor but I shouldn't have to keep going to hire a contractor to keep my rating from going down. I play with mods but I know for certain it has nothing to do with my mods because all my mods are updated. Its the bugs in the For Rent pack, I didnt know there were so many bugs in this game at this compact, now I know why alot of players don't play with the pack as much.
