I’ve done 4 landlord events and 3 of them have said I’ve failed to do anything and my unit rating has lowered even though I’ve done them. I’ve had one say I did it. My unit was 5 stars and now is back down to 4.

This bug is also still happening in my game. No matter how many times I try, I just cannot successfully complete the tenant events. It doesn't even matter if events are enabled or disabled. I still get them. I still fail them. This is such a massive part of the For Rent pack, and it not working kinda makes the pack unplayable. I know it's not necessarily easy to fix, but I wish this was getting more attention.
I use no mods and no cc.

+ i counted a few more while reading the domments of 100 or so simmers who are as annoyed by this as i am. thank you for investigating.
It be nice if after several months of people posting their saves and vocalizing an issue with a pack that costed us money and one of the major features of it is failing if someone would actively work to resolve it instead of just demanding more saves.

I am having the same problem, no mods and playing on MacBook Air.
It is incredibly annoying and makes the game completely unplayable. This pack has so many issues with its main concept - I have no idea how it passed quality control and was allowed to be released. It was a complete waste of money.
I am having the same problem. Except I am only ever getting failed messages, even when completing the incident. I have tried fixing the issue myself, or calling a repairman and still getting the failed message.
If you call an expensive contractor from your mobile, without going to the rental lot, it does fix it.

The Maintenance Events in Tomarang only last one hour. I’ve rushed over started working on a broken item and as soon as I finish it ends before I can clean anything up. Instead of giving me the 8 hours to finish the task it times out after I’ve fixed the broken items and says incomplete.
