I’ve done 4 landlord events and 3 of them have said I’ve failed to do anything and my unit rating has lowered even though I’ve done them. I’ve had one say I did it. My unit was 5 stars and now is back down to 4.

This is still an issue, no matter how quickly I try to fix the issue for the tenant it comes up as failed, what is the point in having a pack that doesn’t work properly?
Hello, since yesterday, I've been having exactly the same issue. The only solution I've found so far when I see a mission at the apartment I'm renting is to click on the tenant's door, take control of the household, and save. I arrive at their place, and the mission is in progress. After that, I request a landlord visit by going to the phone/Household/Invite the landlord for a visit. When your character arrives, you open the door for them, they take care of the problem, and it works. Then you can switch back to your normal household
Same. it's so annoying, from all events ive done only 1 was a success even though I do everything right, I can't fulfill the aspiration with these bugs
I have been having this issue for months as well. I first bought the pack when it was first released and absolutely love playing with it, but now with this bug, its almost unplayable. This is my newest save and only have had one event so far, a ghost haunting. I excised the ghost, and as soon as it was completed, I got the notice that nothing was done so my rating was going to go down. I attached the google file for the save.

Still having this issue, 100% of the time. Property rates keep falling, even though every single event is taken care of. Quite frustrating! :(
Problem is still there but I've had a probably 9/10 success rate when I call the Expensive Contractor.
Same issue. I got the "Explosive Malfunction" event today, went and replaced the stove, and got a notification that nothing was done and the unit rating went down.
This literally happened to me today, my sim stomped bugs for an hour for nothing.
I just updated 2/6/25 and this is happening to me now aswell, really annoying when you've done all the tasks but it still fails (PC)
I am having the same issue on PC and I have tried restarting and repairing the game several times and it is not working
