I’ve done 4 landlord events and 3 of them have said I’ve failed to do anything and my unit rating has lowered even though I’ve done them. I’ve had one say I did it. My unit was 5 stars and now is back down to 4.

I have the exact same problem. From researching I found that this bug has been going on for a very long time and still hasn’t been fixed :(
Sims 4 For Rent is basically a lose-lose game. It is buggy on all fronts, but the main inconvenience for me is when there is an emergency event, even when I complete the event within the allotted time, the event is marked as uncompleted and my rental unit rating decreases. Extremely frustrating.
I have the same problem.
When a maintenance event occurs and I send my sim (the landlord) to the lot, and replace or fix or send a contractor, I get a notification that I did nothing to help and the unit rating went down. This leads to my landlord sim constantly being stress. I also receive 1186 simoleons rent from my tenants, while my daily rental income is 593 simoleons. I have 4 tenants, so the weekly rent should be more right? None of them moved in mid-week, they've all been living here for a longer time. I am even losing money because of the tax this way. I keep a good relationship with my tenants. I do not use any CC or Mods
Also just got this pack and having this issue. What's the point of these events if you can't win them because they're bugged out? Can we refund packs?

Whenever an event pops up that something needs repairing, I head straight to my tenants address and fix it however it keeps saying I’ve failed and the repairs weren’t made. I do daily maintenance and inspections on all electrical and plumbing items I can and the maintenance report still says it’s poor and I’m getting bad feedback from my tenants, what is the point in this pack if it doesn’t work? I literally replaced two appliances that were broken too, a shower and a sink
