I’ve done 4 landlord events and 3 of them have said I’ve failed to do anything and my unit rating has lowered even though I’ve done them. I’ve had one say I did it. My unit was 5 stars and now is back down to 4.

I just posted, as an update, this is still occuring.
I will go to complete an action on the event menu and instantly (Despite having the full wheel of time left) the even will end and say I have failed to complete the tasks. All of my tenants are upset, but I am actually doing everything they ask! All of my properties have "poor" management despite checking to make sure all of their appliancees are functioning.
Rental property events continuously fail, regardless of response. My sim was actively in the rental performing upgrades when the ghost rental event occurred. I watched this ghost walk up the stairs and into the bathroom I was currently standing in to possess the shower. I immediately paid the 400 simoleons to exorcise the ghost and as soon as it took the simoleons the event failed. A few minutes later a fire broke out in the kitchen of the same unit and I immediately extinguished it and again it said I failed to do anything about the issue. I have zero mods and have never had any on this PC.
When I go with my landlord sim to their housing to fix problems, even when fixing the problem the game will always notice it as failed. This is raiting down my stars as a landlord. Calling a contractor is also not always possible. Very frustrating, as I cant do any good as a landlord to build the Sims reputation.

Anyone else having issues with the For Rent expansion since the latest patch? I downloaded Life and Death and updated the game around the same time. Since that time, whenever a tennant has an issue, I go to correct it and it immediately says I failed to correct the issue and my unit rating goes down... It happens EVERY time. I have tried restarting the game...I am not sure if I can uninstall a patch! Ugh face palm
What info do you need?
