I’ve done 4 landlord events and 3 of them have said I’ve failed to do anything and my unit rating has lowered even though I’ve done them. I’ve had one say I did it. My unit was 5 stars and now is back down to 4.

Hi. My Sim got notification about ghost hunting in rented house. I came to house just right after notification and "Talked to ghost" to get rid off it. After that I'm getting nottification about "Nothing was done to deal with the ghost at the place called Fairytale Corner. As a result, the apartment's assessment went down."
That's 3rd situation like that. Previous was some demonic book and other ghost. Anybody know how to fix it?
I’m also having this same issue. Every event fails when I finish fixing everything. I am completing them well within the time limit. I have no cc or mods.
When I attempt to fix the problem, the pop-up appears that the problem was not fixed in time.
I’ve been having the same issue as well. Never had a problem before the latest game update. It’s been really frustrating for me going and completing these events just for them to say I “ignored the request” and then the unit ratings tank. I’ve done everything I can to try and fix it. Haven’t had any luck!

Me too- immediate response to issue by travelling to the unit and fixing whatever is broken. My sim has maxed handiness too, so she never fails when repairing anything. No mods or CC installed, and the rating goes down. Pop-up says "Nothing was done to help the [household name] household's [problem name] problem in [lot name]. As a result, the Unit Rating went down. Leaves her and all the Young Adults in the household with a Tense moodlet: "Taking The Hit (From Failing to Address Tenant Problem)- It only seemed like a small problem, but [sim's name] is finding out the hard way that being a Property Owner requires more proactivity."
I always get the info, that i did not follow up on the maintanance issues at my propertys. Even though i completet the tasks. Because of that my rating keeps going down.
Same! The same thing is happening to me. I don't use Mods or CC in this save. My unit ranking is going down and I can't stop it 😭
My sim has 2 rental lots, both had events and both failed after I completed the actions. Both were electrical repairs and I went to the lots to replace the objects.
Additional detail: I play with the pack a lot. my sim has had the rental lots for a while and I've been playing with him since the Reapers rewards challenge started. It was working fine until the last update!
