I’ve done 4 landlord events and 3 of them have said I’ve failed to do anything and my unit rating has lowered even though I’ve done them. I’ve had one say I did it. My unit was 5 stars and now is back down to 4.

The same problem happens in my game.
So my issue is specifically with the For Rent pack. My sim owns one property, when the tenant has household issues like tenant revolt, electricity broken etc my sims travels and sorts the issues, but rather then the rating go up even when I've done it within the alloted time frame I always get the negative outcome regardless which brings down my rating
I am having this issue as well! My specific example is a repair issue and when my sim repaired it I got the pop up stating that nothing was done... despite her fixing it.
Every time the tenants have a problem and I solve it, the game says it's unresolved and my unit rating goes down.

The Maintenance Events in Tomarang only last one hour. I’ve rushed over started working on a broken item and as soon as I finish it ends before I can clean anything up. Instead of giving me the 8 hours to finish the task it times out after I’ve fixed the broken items and says incomplete.
I am having the same problem. Except I am only ever getting failed messages, even when completing the incident. I have tried fixing the issue myself, or calling a repairman and still getting the failed message.
If you call an expensive contractor from your mobile, without going to the rental lot, it does fix it.

I am having the same problem, no mods and playing on MacBook Air.
It is incredibly annoying and makes the game completely unplayable. This pack has so many issues with its main concept - I have no idea how it passed quality control and was allowed to be released. It was a complete waste of money.
