I’ve done 4 landlord events and 3 of them have said I’ve failed to do anything and my unit rating has lowered even though I’ve done them. I’ve had one say I did it. My unit was 5 stars and now is back down to 4.

Hi, I noticed that whenever there is a maintenance issue in my sims rented out units, the game will say it is unresolved even though I fixed it. Yet, when my sim has a maintenance issue in the unit they own and they fix it, the game says it is resolved. It is causing my rented out units to go down in value. Any ideas on how to fix it?
Same problem for me. Just bought it like 2-3 weeks ago, thought I did something wrong but nope. Can't get it to work. Always treated as a failure. Getting tired of trying tbh. Regret buying it at this point.
Same Problem. It worked for me at one point, but now it doesn't. It's just sad.
I've been having this issue making playing as a landlord impossible, here's my save with a sewage event that fails after travelling to the rental lot and fixing the toilet.

Four months later - same problem. The features of this pack do not work properly. I regret purchasing this pack.
