[FR] Landlord doesn't have option for inspection/maintenance

As of 2/19- I have no mods. Almost nothing about the five star property owner aspiration works. You can own and change units, but you can’t perform inspections; you can’t handle maintenance events because even if you do it, you show up and there’s nothing there to do; or you complete a maintenance event and it doesn’t register as done; the options to perform maintenance is not even available anymore. It’s very frustrating.

I have the same issue. My landlord sim will not get the option to perform any kind of inspection, even during events. When playing as the tenant, calling for landlord and asking to do an inspection works fine, but my landlords aspiration progress does not change after saving the game and playing landlord again.. 

Playing on pc windows 11, with mods - tried removing all, repair game, make brand new save file, build my own small apartment but still the option to inspect never shows.

I'm having trouble completing the 5-Star property owner aspiration. My sim can't perform any maintenance inspections on anything. I've deleted all mods and repaired the game and it still doesn't work, I even tried a new save file. 

As a property owner, I have no option to “Perform Inspection Pass” when visiting an owned property rental unit.  Thus, cannot make progress on Five Star Property Owner aspiration.

Have also had holiday and event progress restart every time I travel to a new location, wiping clean already fulfilled tasks. 

Also have had front and back doors of rental units continually revert despite resetting front door repeatedly.

No custom content or mods. Have tried repairing game multiple times to no avail.

To anyone else having this problem. I left the tenant's apartment and called the expensive contractor, which took care of the problem, but this is not how the game is to work, you're supposed to be able to replace the stove yourself! UGH!!!! PLEASE FIX all of the problems with this pack!!!!!

I just received an Explosive Malfunction at on of my tenant's apartment's, but there is not way to replace the stove. It's all greyed out! There are so many issues with this game, it's absolutely frustrating. I use NO MODs (MODs would only make everything way worse) play on PC. Version .121.342.1030 DX11. Currently own all DLC, so I get all of the glitches. Soooo annoying! 

I'm having the same issue and I just barely bought the pack. I don't have any CC or mods active right now. It's honestly frustrating. I would really like a fix to this bug.
