[FR] Lease duration frozen at max

Same for me. The remaining lease days are reset after I quit and restart the game.

I'm having this issue, too. I'm also not receiving rent.

Also having same issue. Been looking online for resolution, there does not seem to be one.

I noticed when the lease days should be over (at 12 AM at night) the lease days were reset to the original number, and I do not receive rent anymore after that.

Also they are reset after quitting and restarting the game.

Also, can you make an option to hire maintenance services? My sims get worn out after doing maintenance 😬

Its June 25, 2025 and still no For Rent fix. Still waiting.

kandace01 there is an option to hire a cheap or expensive contractor through the phone

For routine maintenance services? I thought that was only available for an explosion or a leak..
