The maintenance events that come with For Rent have an option in the settings to turn off, but it doesn't seem to work for Property Owners like it states. It says "if disabled, property owners and tenants will no longer experience events in Residential Rental units" but I'm still getting calls for them. I did test it without mods as well. I'm just not sure what the intention of the toggle is if not disabling all events for even the people who are playing as landlords.
