[FR] Rental Protest unsolveable/Revolt on 5* units

It seems to be the same issue as this one, that is labeled [FIXED]: https://forums.ea.com/discussions/the-sims-4-bug-reports-archive-en/fixed-fr-rental-protest-unsolveablerevolt-on-5-units/11660362

I maintain and fix everything, even in my own sims unit. I get a 5* rating. The tenants give me thumbs down when asked about the conditions and won’t tell me/my sim what’s wrong. The tenant/tenants revolt, my sim ‘promise better conditions’ but it keeps failing, and the rating drops to 4*.

It happens in both of my rental units.

crinrict it’s very similar, but some of the landlord events I’ve had is successful. It’s mostly the tenant revolt that is always unsuccessful.

I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right place but the big thread on the tenant revolt is closed so am unable to post there but I've just started playing as a landlord and every time there's a tenant revolt my sim promises better conditions but then it always says I've ignored the dissatisfaction of your Tenants and so the rating goes down. I see this was supposedly fixed in a patch update? I am up to date with the patches. Play on PC with mods. Thanks
